1- anonymity
When you visit our homepage for the first time, your identity remains hidden to us. You can look at all shop and information pages anonymously and choose products to buy via the cart function anonymously. The personalization of the cart first performs by entering your personal data on the order pages and by sending your order to us. The necessity of the anonymous use of our shop results directly from the principles of the Data Protection Act, according to which personal data are ruled by the principles of prevention and economy (§ 3a BDSG)
2- Wich data is collected?
Personal data are recorded on the order pages of www.hanoju.com - online shop where you enter your data for the order transaction, the invoice settlements and the delivery. The fields are organized in obligatory fields and optional fields you´re free to fill. The obligatory fields are marked with a star. Obligatory data are indispensable for the order transaction (First and last name of the client, if applicable name of the company or organisation for which the order is placed, street and house number, ZIP code, city and country). Optional fields, however, are not indispensable for the order transaction. (e.g. your phone number). Despite of the data economy principle, we advise you to enter at least your phone number, as it is the only way for us to guarantee a good customer care. Other obligatory data is your choice concerning the mean of payment and, depending on it, your bank account or credit card number. The products dropped in the cart, their quantity and the moment of the order are recorded as an additional data. The order received is recorded in its entirety of individual – and product- related data. A direct access on the part of the customer is not provided. The customer becomes a confirmation in German per email stipulating that his order came in by www.hanoju.com HONUJU-EUROPE Ltd.
3- Who is responsible?
Individual-related data are particulars about personal or businesslike situation of a natural person (§3 clause 1 BDSG). Since personal data are recorded when you use the www.hanoju.com online shop, we are obligated by the BDSG (§4, clause 3, sentence 1) to apprise you of the “identity of the responsible center”.

4- Adhesion of the customer
The record, handling and use or individual-related data is allowed to internet shops by the German law under condition that the customer gives his/her consent, and that this adhesion is intentional. That´s why you have to confirm it by clicking on a button on the new customer login page. Moreover, we are obliged by the BDSG (§4a, clause1) to advise you of the goal of recording and using personal data: all personal data you enter on the oder pages are recorded and used by HANOJU-EUROPE Ltd. for sale and customer care needs only. Handling means according to the BSDG saving, changing, transferring, barring and deleting individual-related data. HANOJU-EUROPE Ltd. Doesn´t transfer individual-related data to third parties for advertisement needs other companies. We record the agreement procedure automatically with date and time, in consideration of the agreement document ruling the adhesion. The agreement document is a HTML-file which can be printed and saved by the customer. The access to the document and to earlier versions of it is provided on www.hanoju.com, the web site of HANOJU-EUROPE Ltd. The current version is to be found here. A separate adhesion is required for the newsletterservice, which is not personalised. The email address entered by ordering is primarily used for the order-related communication.
5- Right of withdrawal.
If you give us your personal data, you have anytime the right to cancel your permission to use these data and to induce us to delete them. Deleting means garbling the personal data saved. (BDSG, §3 clause 5 sentence 5). Instead of a delete, a barring occurs if the delete conflicts with legal or contractual compulsory period of record-keeping. Thus, data needed for bookkeeping uses are not concerned by a delete. A barring is used to limit the further treatment or use of a record of personal data (BDSG §3 clause5, sentence 4).

If the customer initiates the delete, only the data needed for bookkeeping uses well be conserved. Though, these are blocked for a further use. By logging in with his/her login and password, the customer can provoke himself a barring of his / her personal data on the web server.
6- Transmission to third parties
The transmission of personal data to third parties will only occur if this is necessary for the execution of the order and for the resulting customer care. Third parties are commercial partners and services providing partners of HANOJU-EUROPE Ltd. Thus, your address will be communicated to the forwarder assigned for the delivery to the customer. It is generally UPS by private orders. If a packet gets lost or if an insured loss occurs, all the vouchers and delivery notes have to be externalized to the forwarder and its insurance. Bank account data needed for a payment by bankers´transfert will be communicated to our house bank. For payment by credit card, name, first name, credit card number, expiration date and if needed security number will be communicated to a credit card organisation, respectively a bank. Large-volume products are mostly dispatched by the producer of the distributor himself.
